1 Down payment After signing the contract, 50% of the total amount is collected as a down payment and the project starts only after this payment is received. The balance must be paid before final delivery and site handover.
2 Timeline Project duration is calculated from the date all content and information is received from the client. Any client delay in providing content extends the delivery date by the same amount.
3 Scope of work Only the features selected in this contract are part of the contractor obligations. Any request outside this list is treated as new work with separate agreement and pricing.
4 Revisions The client is entitled to up to 2 free design revisions. Additional revisions or a major change of an approved design will incur extra charges.
5 Content and legal responsibility The client is fully responsible for the legal status of any text, image or product they provide, including copyrights and licenses.
6 Delivery and handover After full payment, the site is deployed on the client hosting and all credentials (admin panel, hosting, domain) are handed over.
7 Support Bug fixes caused by the contractor work are free for 3 months after delivery, unless long-term support is included in the contract features.
8 Termination If the client cancels after work has begun, the cost of work completed is calculated and deducted from the down payment, and any remainder is refunded.
9 Confidentiality The contractor is committed to keeping the client business information and credentials confidential and shall not share them with any third party without permission.
10 Portfolio listing After delivery, the contractor may use the project as a portfolio item on their website and social media, unless the client objects in writing.
